Orange County plans impact data push for developments
Orange County Planning Commission will require adequate environmental impact statements for rural-area developments and urge cities to fund them. The panel will not delay projects awaiting a county land-use master plan and may amend general plans if proposals diverge from suggested uses. Two major cases, Upper Canada Foothills and Canada Youthills, remain under review with hearings set through January.
