A 20000 settlement was approved in Superior Court Norwalk for the death of 15 year old Mary Anne DeMarco in Lynwood The case stemmed from a shotgun shooting by officer Floyd Graver at Carmelo DeMarco in the family home at 11733 Fourth Ave The coroner's jury ruled the death accidental and the suit named the city of Lynwood as defendant with attorneys Samuel Schekmat and Clyde Berry leading the case
