Ecologists urge Alaska oil line delay urged five year moratorium

Suit seeks safe caps on dangerous drug bottles in child protection case

United Press International reports attorney Robert Fry filed in Los Angeles Superior Court a class action on behalf of Kenneth Wys and all children under five who cannot read. The suit seeks safety caps that require reading directions to open, citing about 200 child deaths yearly from swallowing meds like sleeping pills and tranquilizers and arguing current screw tops are easily manipulated by youngsters.
