DMV examiner admits falsifying records in license cases
Francis Xavier Welsch a 16 year DMV veteran at Long Beach admitted in Municipal Court to falsifying ages and names on licenses in one of four charges. Judge Carroll set January 24 for sentencing and kept bail at 1225 while pursuing seven other charges under state vehicle and government codes.
