Blind man gives away Christmas trees to needy in Los Angeles
Porter, blind and living in a rundown downtown apartment, hopes to distribute 10,000 donated Christmas trees this month to poor families in Los Angeles. Last year he gave away 3,000 from 12 locations, funded by tree salesmen unable to sell. He seeks volunteers to drive and transport trees.
