Bill signed to ease environmental review roadblocks
Acting Gov. Ed Reinecke signed a measure to blunt a state Supreme Court ruling requiring environmental reports on private projects. The law provides a 120 day moratorium, preserves prior private projects, allows categorical exemptions, and sets a one day statute of limitations for lawsuits challenging report adequacy.
