Miss Hutton Walls Mexico to Fend Off Seventh Divorce

Barbara Hutton arrived in Mexico City after a tense flight from Paris, denying reports she would divorce Leotian Prince Doan Vinh Cham passak. Carried from the plane by a companion, she rested at a Japanese palace estate near the city and refused to discuss divorce rumors while remaining reportedly very ill.

New York Woman Named Peace Corps Talent Director

Miss Margaret M Conroy of New York City has been named director of the Peace Corps talent search. She will head a nationwide recruitment campaign for experienced executives for Peace Corps staff in Washington and overseas. Conroy, 30, began government work in international relations in 1958 after Smith College graduation in 1957 and worked for Rep. Brademas before joining the Peace Corps.

Appeals Court Upholds Five-Year Term for Draft Evasion

New York 24 year old Mitchell Hill, accused of evading the draft, was sentenced to five years in prison. The Court of Appeals upheld the conviction based on evidence of his Vietnam era activity and relation to the Selective Service System, with the judgment affirmed against his appeal.
