Wisconsin battered wife on trial for first degree murder
Mrs Patri, jailed in Waupaca County, testifies about 13 years of abuse by Robert Patri who she says repeatedly beat her and molested their children. She fired two shotgun blasts March 25 at the Weyauwega area farmhouse after he threatened visitation and she describes a life of fear and volatile incidents. The defense portrays her as suffering from prolonged torture and rage.
