Black Panther Party sues FBI CIA and IRS for 100 million
The Black Panther Party filed a 100 million federal lawsuit Wednesday alleging violations of civil rights and conspiracies to murder party members by the FBI CIA and IRS and naming high officials including FBI Director Clarence Kelley former FBI chief J Edgar Hoover CIA Director George Bush and Treasury Secretary William E Simon. Elaine Brown said the suit seeks compensation for injuries and the families of those killed in actions she described as coordinated by federal and local law enforcement over many years.
