Urge U S End Ban on East Bloc Trade
M R Danielian president of the International Economic Policy Association urged the United States to end the trade ban with Eastern Europe. In a 10 point program he called for removing government controls on private investments abroad to avoid forced isolationism and favor opening East West trade in consumer and agricultural products. He urged removing cargo preference requirements on exports to the East Bloc to secure hard currency earnings and warned current policies risk retrenchment of foreign aid and security commitments.
