Reserve-Standard WT No. 308-18 Tops North Tejon Wells
Howard Kegel reports the Reserve-Standard WT No. 308-18 as the region’s largest producer in recent memory, flowing 2,700 barrels per day from a 20/64 inch outlet with 630,000 cubic feet of gas daily. The 10,365 foot well tests nearly 35 degrees gravity, with multiple other wells under drilling in the North Tejon area by Reserve and associates including Butler & Wehr. Union Oil and others also pursue new wildcat activity in nearby fields, signaling expanded exploration despite varied results.
