Open House at L B Assembly of God Includes Dedication
Long Beach Assembly of God holds a gala Open House Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm at 4103 Cherry Ave. Visitors view the new 2800 square foot facility with sanctuary and fellowship spaces. Dedication planned for October. Music features the Bak Shepard Choral group of 24 voices. Construction began February. Also notes missionary work by John L Wesley Jr, a Kentucky engineer assigned by the Methodist Church as water well digger.
