What Young People Think Playing the radio a popular pastime
A Youth Service US survey of 420 college and high school students finds radio remains popular with 43 percent listening more than last year, 41 percent the same, and 14 percent listening less. Rock and roll and pop are the top programs, with FM stereo preferred and suggestions calling for more varied music and fewer commercials.
