Second Body Sealed in Concrete Tragedy in Ameson Case
Police uncovered a second body buried in the concrete floor of a Santa Rosa area home linked to the Arnesons murder case. Mildred Arneson and her estranged husband Jay Arneson were reported missing last year, with Jay later found buried in the garage. Ralph Kroeger, owner of the house, was jailed on suspicion of murder, and Kroeger’s wife Iva faced a warrant as a possible accomplice. FBI noted Iva was seen with a boy near the home.

Bodies found beneath concrete in San Francisco basement
Fohee and workmen uncovered a steamer trunk with a woman's body in a basement, later finding another body. Police identify them as Jay Arneson of Santa Rosa and his wife Mildred, missing since December. A construction worker said he dug a hole for $15 and located both corpses, with Kroeger and Mrs Keocerr providing fragmented statements. The case ties to the Kroegers and a parkage disposal plan.
