Witness tells weeks of fear in murder case
A 14 year old girl testifies about weeks of fear in her home after her father was shot on February 9. Ginger Ginn describes hearing shots and finding her father wounded an hour after the temblor. The case centers on Mrs. Ginn daughter of Orvill Ginn, with the father dying seven days later. The trial opened Friday as the mother faces charges previously filed and then revisited after Ginn's death. A prior witness says he supplied a Beretta to Mrs. Ginn amid safety concerns. Police report the gunman fired repeatedly in the home during the incident.
