Norwalk High Student Selected for Europe Visit
Suzanne Anderson, Norwalk High School junior, has been chosen for the Youth for Understanding program. She will travel to Germany for eight weeks starting June 25 and returning August 25, staying with a German family and possibly visiting other European nations. An honor student active in CSF, speech, class historian, and drill team member, she plans to attend school briefly in Germany and converses with German students despite not speaking the language.

Norm Best is named chairman of Buena Park 3rd Jumping Frog Contest at Bellis Park Saturday at 1 30 p m under Buena Park Chamber of Commerce sponsorship Walter Welch president announces. The event sanctioned by the International Board of Frog Jumpers and Roy W Callahan mayor of Frogtown Angels Camp Calif. Best and committee expect 300 entries for trophies and prizes. Mayor Jesse M Davis won the mayor's trophy in 1967 and placed second last year in Angels Camp. Entries may be individuals or clubs and five divisions exist including children under 12 teens 13 to 20 adults 21 plus media and mayors of Orange County. Contact Buena Park 521-0261 for information.
