Hannaford Sues Mailing Service Over Campaign Card Error
Rep. Mark Hannaford reelection committee sues Computer Mailings Inc. and others in Long Beach Superior Court seeking damages over 95 000 postcards mailed with wrong polling faces before the 1976 election. Damages include mailing costs 2674 and 74314 overall loss plus impact on campaign activities. He won re election by 2866 votes.
