Lompoc dentist Dr. Joseph E. Toomey, 46, posted $500 bail after pleading guilty to making two false bomb reports at Los A de les International Airport. FBI arrested him Monday. complaint says he tried to buy insurance at a ticket window before a Continental flight to Kansas City and claimed a bomb in his car. No bomb found. Authorities warn such hoaxes carry fines up to 400 dollars or a year in prison.
