Army Lt Col Henry I Tragle earns Phi Beta Kappa key

The 51 year old World War I tank commander and UMass Amherst graduate received a Phi Beta Kappa key this week after returning to college pursuit since the 1930s. Tragle, a Richmond, Virginia native, served as a captain in Europe in World War II and later in Korea and Germany before his notable academic honor.
