Supervisors OK New Hospital Plan in Olive View Reconstruction
Los Angeles County Supervisors vote to move forward with rebuilding Olive View Hospital after the February earthquake at an estimated total cost of 74.4 million dollars. The plan calls for a 350 bed facility with phased construction including foundation and steel structure, equipment costs, and central planning, offset by federal disaster funds and ongoing bond retirements.
