British Court Denies Yank Custody Bid Over Son
In London a U S Air Force major failed to win custody of his eight year old son from his British separated wife. The three judge panel ruled the child properly raised by his mother and made a ward of the court to prevent removal without consent. The father argued the boy should be raised as American but the court found no grounds to disrupt the current upbringing or nationality.

In Columbus Mississippi a new bridge sign mislabels the nearby river as Luxapalillia while the opposite end calls it Luxapalill ia. State Highway Department erected signs and maps align with other authorities naming the river Luxapalila.
