Electrician Plunges Into 66 000-volt Line at Edison Plant
Nick J. Giell of Los Angeles, a 41 year old Edison employee, suffered critical burns over head body and legs while working on machinery at the Southern California Edison steam plant in Los Angeles area. He was taken to Memorial Hospital. An Edison spokesman said the accident involved contact with a 66 000 volt line and an investigation is under way.
