Three Bodies Recovered From Fatal Launch Party
Three bodies from the Tuesday night launch party disaster were recovered today in the river near Clarendon. Dr A L Houston Miss Lillian Winfield and Miss Mattie Counts were pulled from the water as searchers continue watching the river for remaining victims. Funeral services are set for the two women and interment planned for Dr Houston in Decatur Alabama. Families and local Masons and Knights Templar assisted with memorials and arrangements.
