Little Rock June 29 Geo D Becker chief inspector of the Arkansas State Plant Board issued a circular on sweet and Irish potato inspection service. It aims to help Arkansas farmers obtain certified seed grown under supervision of a qualified inspector. The program is voluntary and open to all willing to follow the rules to market high grade seed and slips. Seed must be disease free and suited to Arkansas conditions for profitable farming.
