Attendance at yesterday and tonight’s program was good with strong reactions to The Reigners Miss Hazel Kepford and Ferrante's Hungarian Orchestra. The Real Thing by Homer M Cook impressed and the orchestra will close the week with instrumental and vocal pieces. Organizers signed up for next year promising another week of high class educational entertainment.

Supreme Court Advances Broadway Bridge Case
The Arkansas Supreme Court has moved the Broadway Bridge dispute toward a ruling as a matter of public importance and will hear arguments Monday. Little Rock council granted the first petition to form an improvement district to build the bridge over the Arkansas River at Broadway. A nearby property owner seeks an injunction claiming harm to property. the project is valued at about $600,000.

Mrs Cora Buchanan Dies After Long Cancer Battle
Mrs Cora Buchanan wife of C M Buchanan died at her home this morning at 1230 after months of stomach cancer. She was 64 and a prominent resident for forty years. Survived by husband four sons and three daughters and a brother. Funeral this afternoon at 5 at the Walnut and Third Street residence. Burial in DeAnn cemetery. Pallbearers are her four sons.

A requisition is issued to Oklahoma's governor for the return of Charles Mayes wanted in Washington County for embezzling 462 dollars as an agent of the Fruitman's Union of Johnson County.
