Earl Dill Indicted for Assault in Pulaski County
Little Rock June 26 Earl Dill, previously charged with criminal assault on Miss Ray Burkhalter, was indicted today by the Pulaski county grand jury. Prosecuting Attorney Campbell plans a ten day trial. Burkhalter is reported much improved and may go home to Pine Bluff. Dill remains jailed in Hot Springs.
