Bridges Endanger County Residents in Creek Plunge
A wagon crossing a fragile bridge near Sutton fell into a four foot creek yesterday afternoon. Mr Bardwell Mrs Bardwell and three children were rescued with help from Jess Hays and Cox of Prescott. Little Rock June 25 The State Plant Board reports the Mexican bean beetle is advancing from Alabama. It has been found in Georgia and two Tennessee counties. Chief Inspector Becker says there is no hope of checked expansion and it will reach Arkansas soon.
