State Normal Board hears bids for school site in Arkansas

The State Normal Board met in the Supreme Court room and heard five towns bids for the location of a normal school. Lands Withdrawn in Yell Polk for Forestry Use

Washington reports additional lands in Yell and Polk counties totaling 35 925 acres have been withdrawn from entry for forestry purposes adjacent to the Arkansas national forest.
