DeQueen June 17 the town of Antimony in Howard County near the triple county point reverted to the state after delinquent taxes went unsold. The antimony deposits once touted as world class led to a developed plant and a thriving hamlet that faded when the mine was abandoned. With no bids on the delinquent lands, the property will transfer to the state. A local buyer advertises a sale of decorative fans priced from five cents to one hundred fifty dollars.
