Night Prowler Reported At Home Of Mrs Moncrief
Saturday night about 100 o clock Marshal Marsh received a telephone message from Mrs Hugh Moncrief reporting a negro prowling about the premises. A quick visit found the intruder near a window and fleeing under the house when the porch was stepped onto. Mrs Moncrief fired twice and the prowler disappeared. officers found only tracks at the window.
