Little Rock June 16 no report by the Board of Control on the Bledsoe investigation Thursday afternoon. The delay fuels speculation, but dismissal of Dr. E. P. Bledsoe as superintendent of the State Hospital is not expected. Gov. Hays may confer before the board’s public decision. Attorneys for Bledsoe plan a chancery suit for a restraining order once the decision is released. Dr. J. L. Greene’s name reemerges as a possible substitute if officially discussed. Greene says he declined the appointment months ago.

University board trustees meet over Miller dispute in Arkansas
A meeting of the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees is set for 10 o'clock Saturday at the old State Capitol in Little Rock. The session will address conflicts between Dean J H Miller of the Agriculture Department and the Arkansas Profitable Farming Campaign Committee which accuses him of refusing to cooperate. Miller, who arrived from Kansas a year ago, plans to defend himself. The campaign committee has led diversification efforts credited with boosting grain acreage and altering banker and merchant attitudes toward farmers. The event follows recent public spats in state departments.
