H A Copeland engineer appeals Iron Mountain to the Supreme Court after a Grant circuit court verdict of 6000 for injuries from a whistle blast while in charge of an engine under the Twelfth street viaduct in Little Rock. Copeland originally sued for 40000 damages. The incident occurred August 28 1913.
