Arkansas state farm to receive 250 tons of cotton seed sold for cash at 16.60 per ton totaling about 4250 dollars. The deal was finalized after talks between Superintendent Pitcock and Robert Malone of Consumer's Oil Mill Company of Pine Bluff. Seed to be loaded on a Memphis steamer and shipped to Pine Bluff.
