Falsification Charge Lodged Against Arkansas Insurance Official
Sam W. Powell, former Metropolitan Life manager in Arkansas, was arrested by Constable Tom Piet on a note for 2500 dollars forged in the name of W. E. Farrell of Cleora Louisiana.
