Boise Idaho December 11 James H Hawley laid out the state's case naming George A Pettibone as the chief implicated figure in what Hawley called the most gigantic crime conspiracy in state records He argued Pettibone led the alleged plot with others in the murder inquiry as evidence began with Howard Terry presenting testimony Fireworks also noted as a contrast in the report.
At the afternoon session the court established the corpus delicti and Harry Orchard is to testify again tomorrow. Orchard was moved from the penitentiary to the city for the night, staying with James H. Hawley’s office. Senator Borah arrived from Washington and led the state witnesses examination.
