Little Rock December 8 Prohibition forces in Arkansas plan a whirlwind campaign in mid January promising the greatest Anti-Saloon League meeting in state history with national speakers. The event opens January 17 with visiting speakers filling city pulpits, a January 18 19 convention, and delegates from every local church. Afterward speakers tour towns across the state led by ex Governor Patterson and the league leaders with mass meetings to be held Sunday afternoon presided by Governor Hays.

Orders On Care Of Military Property In Arkansas
The Adjutant General's department of the Arkansas National Guard issues general orders on caring for government property.
