The Circuit court term set for January was postponed due to an unfinished courthouse. The new building will be ready next spring or summer, so the winter term is dispensed with. Few cases were docketed and will be taken up at the July term. those subpoenaed need not attend in January.
The Chaminade Club meets tomorrow at 4 o'clock with Miss Beulah Greeson. The program includes piano solos by Gertrude Guthrie and Carol Scott, a Life of Listz by Mary Bemis, a piano trio by Lula White Ruth Briggs and Mary Bemis, and a talk How to Practice and How Not to Practice by June Volway, followed by a question box with Neva Hendrix.
A 0 to 0 tie ended the Prescott high school football game against Hope on the Hope gridiron Thanksgiving day. Prescott showed improvement with McMullen lifting their ground game and Johnnie Hesterly excelling at quarterback.
