Conductor on No 223 directed Marshal Clyde Marsh and Nightwatchman Sam Weaver to remove two disruptive black men from the blind baggage. After search and arrest, Weaver cut the blade of an open razor, found on one suspect. Both men jailed and sentenced to 15 days on the streets by Mayor Arnold.
