Veterans meet to plan Decoration Day and Birmingham reunion
Under Commander L Moncrief the Walter Bragg Camp UCV met at the courthouse at 10 o clock Saturday to arrange a Decoration Day for deaf comrades and to appoint delegates to the Birmingham reunion. A three member committee was named to contact the Daughters of the Confederacy for grave decoration at DeAnn Cemetery. O L Moncrief and BE W Dougan chosen as delegates. John Lewis made an honorary member.
