A trustee will sell at public vendue the southwest quarter of section 15 in township 35 north range 3 east and lot 1 in block 3 in Setz Elvins at the Washington County court house front door in Potosi on February 22 1907 between 9 am and 4 pm to satisfy a note secured by a deed of trust dated March 27 1900. The sale proceeds go to the note holder with costs. John M Jamison trustee conducts the sale.
