Police Calls Relate Injuries In Prairie Mower Incident
William Blane eleven of 14842 Troy Street was taken to Hazelcrest Hospital by Sgt. LaBrec after a rock driven by a power mower cut his upper lip. Seven stitches were needed and he remained home for days. Lawrence Janeczek seventy five of 14414 Blaine was also rushed to Ingalls Hospital on July 31 with others assisting.

He suffered a broken leg, severe lacerations, cuts and bruises with a possible dislocated shoulder and was taken to Ingall's Hospital by a rescue team. Several vandalism acts have occurred in Posen over the past weeks. Windows at Harding School were broken. A bird bath was stolen from Walter Zimny and smashed in the street. Flower pots from Stanley Pecka on Palmer Ave were taken and smashed. Police warn they will deal severely with any apprehended suspects.
