Portsmouth investor Anthony DiLorenzo has signed a purchase agreement with Shaw's Supermarkets to buy the former Yoken's site. The deal, filed with the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, gives 120 days for due diligence and up to 1 year with a possible 180 day extension for approvals.
