Dover man unconscious causes two car I-95 crash
State Police say a medical condition caused A. Shawn Hersey to lose consciousness while driving south on I-95. His Nissan Murano swerved and struck a Subaru Outback, sending the Subaru into the air and rolling onto its side near the four lane highway. Felicia Medeiros and her mother aided driver Heidi Schultz after the collision. Police are seeking information from witnesses.
