Rescuers say the 41 foot Niobe boat from which 20 year old Asher Woods was rescued has been claimed by lobstermen based in Newington as salvage. Coast Guard released the ketch to the Amy Philbrick crew during a marine casualty probe. Stephen Woods is presumed dead and his widow Deborah Woods plans his funeral while contemplating the possible sale of the vessel and split profits.
