George E Waite, Howard Hartford and Leland W Robbins of East Kingston received sentences in Rockingham county superior court yesterday before Judge Henri A Burque of Nashua. White pleaded guilty to a statutory charge involving a minor child and was sentenced to not less than five nor more than seven years in state prison. Hartford, an escaped prisoner from the Maine reformatory, was sentenced eight years in the county jail for larceny of a bicycle. Robbins was fined $100 and costs $10.80 and a two month house of correction sentence was suspended on a charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor.
John W. Henry, 41, a truck driver and special police officer, pleaded innocent to the murder of Mrs. Olive Farrell, 45, part owner of a seaside hovel near Salisbury Beach. He was held without bail for a hearing set for Oct. 31 in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
