Portsmouth man pleads to reduced charges in gas pump crash

John Harrington, serving 835 days in York County Jail, pleaded no contest to reduced charges over a March 7-Eleven gas pump crash captured on surveillance video. He faced felony reckless conduct and DUI-related counts but accepted a misdemeanor plea including reckless conduct, driving to endanger, and leaving the scene of property damage.
