Tornado Deemed Very Weak Spikes Through Hampton Falls
A funnel cloud on Interstate 95 near Hampton Falls was labeled a very weak tornado by the National Weather Service in Gray Maine. Wind speeds reached about 80 mph as witnesses saw the black funnel travel along Taylor River around 6 50 p.m. Fire Lt Brian Kent described seeing the funnel form from low clouds as responders noted multiple funnel clouds in the area.
