NEW CASTLE Portsmouth attorney Wyman P Boynton received the 1978 Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award at the annual Wentworth By The Sea dinner. The 69 year old, noted for long town service as former city coach School Board member and county solicitor, was praised for a lifetime of civic work including city planning wartime and veterans service and support for Scouting local historical groups and hospitals.
