New stock offers flats in all grades and qualities soft and stiff caps for men and boys, all new. Also feature the celebrated Hawks Hat from New York, noted as a leader. Prices are set at three dollars.
Reported capture of Col Gaynor and Captain Greene who jumped bail at Savanna and were detained in connection with a United States service case. Montreal detectives aided by Canadian officers prepared to present the prisoners before Judge Le Conte as extradition proceedings continue.

The convention voted to continue the strike this afternoon at 6 45. The strike rider excludes engineers firemen and pump runners with a decision on these workers set for tomorrow morning.

Mrs William Winder joined the Colonial Dames board Henry Bovey spoke at the afternoon session and Mrs Hovey led community photo efforts. Mrs Fonman Hanscom was named state committee secretary at the New Hampshire Grand Council. Mary Wood presided over Federation welcome remarks and Chrystine Aberman attended from Gratiert club. A.C. Vetenger and T. W. Luce gave addresses at the medical gathering in Concord. Sam W Rimes elected clerk and board member of the Portsmouth line.
