Portsmouth father of twins arraigned on felony charges
Joseph Hanley, 28, of 7 Spruce Ave, appeared in Portsmouth District Court on two counts of felonious child assault after his Feb. 17 arrest on four similar charges. Two York High Students Charged After Morning Fights
York Maine. Three York High School students were suspended and face assault charges after two unrelate fights at the school on Monday morning. Principal Robert Stevens called the incidents anomalies and noted the district typically has a good record since September. The first fight, just before 8 am, police labeled a premeditated assault involving a 16 year old boy angered over his girlfriend paying attention to the 15 year old victim over the weekend. The School Resource Officer said the older student grew angrier through the weekend as he sought out the other pupil.
